I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
Please allow 24-48 hours of processing time before your order ships. Average delivery time is 7-10 business days, excluding weekends.
Tracking numbers are updated 3-5 business days after your order has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at petnest2025.new@gmail.com .
I'm not completely satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned package.
Please note that if the package is en route, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy returns system to get a full refund.
I have given the wrong address, what do I do now?
If you have entered the wrong address, you can simply reply to the confirmation email and confirm. Once you have double-checked that the address is incorrect, please let us know via email at petnest2025.new@gmail.com . If the address is incorrect, we can change it to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect address.

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different distribution centers based on your location. Average shipping time is 7-10 business days. Longer if shipped from a location other than the US.
