Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as these will not be accepted.

Injuries and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Right of withdrawal for the EU – 14 day withdrawal period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As mentioned earlier, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
